By using The3DTools at the3dtools.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The3DTools offers free, browser-based mockup and generator tools (including WebGL, CSS 3D-style, and Canvas 2D tools). Features may change, move, or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation — WebGL and GPU support vary by device and browser.

You retain rights to files you upload and assets you export. You are responsible for having the rights to use any screenshots, logos, or artwork you process. Exports are provided as-is for your projects; review licenses of any third-party fonts or materials you combine with them.

• Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Do not use the feedback channel for spam or unlawful content
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the site in ways that harm availability or violate applicable law
• Do not use the tools to create content that is illegal or that infringes others’ rights

The The3DTools name, site design, and software that power the tools are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the product as a competing service. Individual tool outputs you create are yours to use subject to these terms and third-party rights in your source materials.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that exports will meet professional print or App Store requirements without your own review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The3DTools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently $0 for the free site) or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The3DTools from claims arising out of your content, your use of exports, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
